doTERRA Japan July Products of the Month

I personally use Tea Tree oil almost everyday. Emotionally it helps ease things when I am feeling overwhelmed or when anxiety is coming on. I put a drop on my throat, the back of my neck, on my wrists and around my belly button. Give it a try!
It is also great for rashes, you know those rubbing against skin rashes that tend to pop up for some of us during the hot humid months of summer in Japan. I apply Tea Tree oil with Fractionated Coconut Oil to my heat rash. Even if you have a bottle of Tea Tree oil now, I think it is worth going for the 125PV this month to get a free bottle. The 5ml bottles are great to put in your purse and take on the go and once you start using this oil and realizing how many different things it works for, you may find yourself ordering it quite often.

Breathe is a great respiratory blend for when you are feeling a stuffy nose come on, but it is not just for that. It really helps when you are in the midst of feeling really depressed and sad. It lifts your spirits because it is helping you breathe better. When we get down on ourselves or when we are in the midst of heavy sadness, we tend to forget to breathe. The respiratory blend encourages you to see the light and embrace the love you have for yourself and others.

doTERRA Spa Detoxifying Mud Mask is infused with Myrrh, Juniper Berry, and Grapefruit essential oils. All of these oils are known for the cleansing and soothing benefits. Shea butter provides moisture to the skin and balance. Apply a thin layer of the mask on your face and neck and set your timer, you only want to leave this on for 10 minutes.  It is nice to take some time out for yourself to enjoy a nice mud mask.
