Ginger is commonly known to aid digestion and that is exactly how I use this oil. When feeling car sick or nausea this is a great oil to have on hand. It also may help to reduce bloating, gas, and occasional indigestion.
Ginger is a hot, spicy oil so be sure to use this oil with a carrier oil if applying topically.
