Petitgrain

Petitgrain is part of the bitter orange tree. When I first smelled Petitgrain I was not sure how I was going to use this oil. It is a mix of florals and herbs that has grown on me and I do like it, especially in the shower. Every morning I drop a few drops of this oil on the shower floor while showering. It relaxes my mind since I tend to get a busy mind when I wake thinking about everything I have to do that day.

Massage Petitgrain into your feet with fractionated coconut oil before going to sleep with some Lavender oil.

Add a few drops to your diffuser with citrus oils, Cassia, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Geranium, and Lemongrass to help release stress. You can also use this oil with White Fir, Siberian Fir, and Douglas Fir.
