Cheer Emotional Therapy Blend

doTERRA Cheer Emotional Therapy Blend

We are here on Earth to cheer one another on and that’s that! If you don’t have those kinds of people in your life it’s time to let go of them. Bow with deep gratitude for all the lessons they taught you because everyone comes into our lives for a reason and then walk away. If you can’t walk away today, then start taking steps to move on. ⠀⠀
Cheer is another gorgeous blend from the doTERRA Emotional Therapy blends. ⠀⠀
I adore this blend! It smells delicious and cheerful!
It’s a mix of Wild Orange, Clove, Star Anise, Lemon Myrtle, Nutmeg. ⠀⠀
I use this oil when I have PMS because in all fairness I get cranky easily, tired, a wee bit depressed, bloated and yeah… you get it. My women friends out there I’m sure most of you can relate. This oil put me back together this afternoon. I took a nap and woke to this bottle sitting next to my bed. It was exactly what I needed to go smash my afternoon schedule. ⠀⠀
