Ginger Essential Oil

The Oil of Empowerment
I don’t know about you but this past week was a bit of a doozy for me. I could not stay in the present moment and I felt stuck in several parts of my life. I had to work overtime on my mindset goals every day!
When I got home from work on Friday I was so exhausted I fell on my bed, set my alarm for an hour that already passed and woke up at 5:30pm feeling like I was on another planet and confused as to why my alarm didn’t wake me.
Ginger… all I could think at that moment was grab your Ginger oil. All I did was open the lid and I took 3 deep inhales from the bottle. It was exactly what I needed to refocus the negative thought patterns and get me out of bed and to the gym.

Negative Emotions: Victim mentality, powerless, unwilling to take responsibility, defeated, not present, stuck, blaming others.
Positive Properties: Empowered, committed, capable, purposeful, accountable
