Intuition Oils

Have you ever been told by someone to listen to your intuition when you are making a big decision? Our intuition is a feeling we may have, like a gut feeling, a calling or I think of it as my inner truth is speaking to me.

When I have a big decision or even a small decision to make in my life I like to take some time out of everything. Yes, that means put your phone to the side and sit quietly and just listen to what your heart says about the situation. Grab one of these oils and rub a drop over your heart and take a few deep breaths and just listen. What is your intuition telling you to do?

Wintergreen can be an intense oil to use topically so I like to add a drop or two to my diffuser. You can use it topically as well but be sure to use a carrier oil with it.

Here are the positive properties of these oils. I get all my information for this from the book Emotions & Essential Oils.

Ylang Ylang: Freedom • Playful • Intuitive

Clary Sage: Clarity • Intuitive • Imaginative

Wintergreen: Surrender • Relying on the Divine • Letting Go

Sallubelle/Immortelle: Hopeful • Transforming • Trust in the Divine
